The Panasonic lithium coin CR1632 batteries have a long shelf life of up to 10 years: they still have 90% of their original capacity. The chemical stability, which is the combination of lithium and manganese dioxide, is the reason for this. This long-lasting power has been verified at all operating temperatures under low-load discharge conditions.

Lithium Coin CR1632 has several proven achievements for devices where conventional batteries cannot be used. The batteries can be used for memory back-up, digital watches, calculators, laser pens, car keys, fitness appliances and medical devices like a clinical thermometer and a tensiometer.
