• A super bright 5mm LED is exceptionally bright with a wide beam angle, so they’re suitable for use in your projects, illuminations, headlamps, spotlights, car lighting, models. 
• The 5mm LED can be used anywhere where you need low power, high-intensity reliable lighting or indication. They go quickly into a breadboard and will add that extra zing to your project. This is a very basic 5mm LED with a blue lens. It has a typical forward voltage of 3.4V and a rated forward current of 30mA. A Blue light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor light source.
